Im not good with Philosophy, but i like History. I took 2 classes of history this past semester, Ancient cultures & Rome history, both were pretty interesting. I wish we had classes like "asian history" or "asian culture" though.emb422@2003-07-31 12:37
I am not really criticizing Plato's Republic, I'm just expressing my view here. I am quite drawn into the classical world these days. After reading Herodotus' Histories, I got a basic understanding of the Persian War. I'm reading Thythucides' The History of Peleponesian War now, and I hope I will gain more valuable information.
