And a poem to accompany the atmosphere:

He prowls among the filth of night
In search of a madman’s proud delight:
A whore in faded, filth dress
Sitting lewdly to impress.

Up walks he to the lady of his choice
“Shall we walk?” asks he with silken voice.
He smiles widely like a hunter on the prowl
And pulls up his hood like a shadowed cowl.

He tells her jokes to make her laugh
And slowly leads her from the beaten path.
He lights a match to see around
And chuckles lightly at the ground.

When the light goes out, the screams begin
As dearest Jack commits his sin.
So quickly her screams die down
As her blood seeps out and pools around.

When the deed is done, and the carcass left behind
Plans for the next night come to mind.
And thought the next day the policemen scream and shout
Jack always knows he’ll never be found out.
