那个subme 8 9貌似就是吧b帧的rdo和bime两个参数整合进去了吧，应该不会影响速度吧……

New subme options will be organized as follows:
subme6: RD on I/P frames
subme7: RD on all frames
subme8: RD refinement on I/P frames
subme9: RD refinement on all frames
new subme 6 = old subme 6
new subme 7 = old subme 6 + b-rdo
new subme 8 = old subme 7 + b-rdo
new subme 9 = didn't exist, RD refinement in B-frames is completely new.

影响还是有滴，不过不明显，压一片基本还在90分钟左右

998和997没区别的，998只是移除了gtk和avc2aci的代码。
