其实每一行都一样。我工作时候的经理，很能干的，快30岁了，还没没有要宝宝。因为你好不容易奋斗出来的今天，很可能因为几个月的产假就付之东流了，公司也不是没有这样的例子。
我的很多过来读书的师姐，或者师姐的同学，都在准备博士论文的时候把宝宝生了，那段时间相对自由。如果工作了以后再做妈妈，谁能随便的就放下好不容易找得来的工作呀。

First, I suggest you to actually investigate the professions before making such a claim.

Secondly, even if yes everybody has it like crap, that makes it an any less stressful working environment how?

公司当然不会因为产假就把你开除。但是，你休产假，你的活谁来做呢？公司不会有任何一个空闲的职位的。如果你只是一个普通的程序员，那么没关系，小组的人辛苦几个月，把你的任务分担一下就可以了。但是，作为一个经理就不可能是这样的了。所以，几个月产假会来，特别是如果这几个月正好遇上公司的改组，那么你很可能就最多只能做一个项目经理了。薪水差很多的

If Tony Blair can take a paternity leave, I think anybody, male or female, is entitled to one without endangering their job prospects.

Moreover, the notion that women are responsible for being the primary caregivers bothers me a great deal.
