i like australian english, very easy to understand. i used to watch neighbours and home and away, which are really nice soaps! i can understand most of them cos they dont have strong accent, though its a little bit similar 2 american eng.

in the uk, the accent is so strong that i couldnt understand a word when i first came 2 here. British eng sounds very emotional. but now i prefer british 2 american eng, especially traditional british eng such as Pride and Prejudice.

havent u watched the serials? its on dvd now! i highly recommend u 2 watch it. it is such a wonderful masterpiece!

这里PBS有时播放的masterpiece series也有很多根据英国小说改编的，而且都是英国英语口味，别具一格。

我在国内就买了盗版了^^

我一直都喜欢British english，从我初一开始听BBC World Service时起就很喜欢了。尤其喜欢Tim Smith和Mark Goodyor主持的音乐节目，他们的腔调真好听。反正我一直都是在唾弃American english的~一听VOA的卷舌就倒胃口，美国电影就好多了

很佩服Renee，在BJ里的英国腔真是学得纯正～好喜欢听～

我是从定VOA的special English开始喜欢美音，现在一听到伦敦音就紧张，因为实在累，连单词都找不着的。
还有哦，不喜欢就算了，还要用“唾弃”，感觉像英国人看不起美国人，觉得他们没文化一样。:o
