actually it's easily accessable, at Funan the IT mall, to the side there's a staircase leading down to some shops.. one of them is it.. just next to the model-kits shop(displaying transformer??)

cheap: eg, one DVD cost s$28 at parklane, there cost about $20 ~ $22(no membership required..)
