Don't use BELL Sympatico, they have the "download and upload cap". You can only download 5GB and upload 5GB per month. And they rise the price to $44.45 now. Rogers is okay, they don't have the limit for now.

Shaw is slightly better than Rogers......Don't use Sympatico.....
