Ranging from 10-30k... really depends on the time. Last night it was 25k, but now it's about 12k.

cable, max 22kb/sec, avg 15kb/sec
my friend uses T1 (maybe T3, not sure) and get the same speed as me...
i guess the region where u are is more important than the ISP

I suggest we live with it. :) I seriously doubt that it would make a huge difference... oh well, 15k isn't that bad, you know. :)
