I should say that I'll return to NJ? Or maybe northern NY. Anyhow I am NOT buying a condo in NYC....no way in hell. I was looking at places near Princeton, but that's too long a commute....

well, back in 2001, I read an article in paper said that average value of an apartment on upper east side is over 1 million, that's a lot.... no wonder u don't want to buy a house over there引用最初由 Harmatia 发布

好像没什么具体的情报， 但一般2个学生和租一个卧室一个客厅的，然后对半付账的话， 也可以在300-400价位的。。MlNGO@2006-08-19 12:37
