there are heaps of english anime bbs out there if you search in google 'anime forum' or something similar. the one i usually go to is animesuki (already listed by someone) and stoptazmo.com for gantz manga discussion (the people are rather rude in there.. westerners tend to be rude on the internet, where boards aren't well moderated).
