在(Router)路由器裡, 通常有一個: Forwarding,或 Mapping的選項,
假如你的BT用的port是由6999->7999, 那麼在Forwarding,或 Mapping的選項裡,
就要把相相關的port range轉到你所在的內網IP, 即192.168.*.* 等等....
很難說得明, 尤其是沒有一定電腦知識 @_@"

Open and forward all the incoming port range in regarding to the port range(eg 6999~7999) you setted up in the BT client to the destinating computer, ie: if your computer is using the internal IP, such as 192.168.1.10, then you need to map the port range(eg 6999~7999) to the IP address: 192.168.1.10....
