大致介绍一下IRC上的用户等级

一般在一个IRC Server上总有固定的几个管理员
在连接的时候会有显示
类似于Admin与Operator

Admin拥有最大的权限,可以开频道与为临时频道转正,可以将Server上的非法用户或致使IRC混乱的用户kill下去,并可以封了该用户的IP与ID
Operator的权限与Admin差不多,只不过只能开临时频道.

其实就是频道内的用户分级

一个channel中拥有最高权限的是channel owner
亦是一个channel的sop
在user list中通常在最高处
用户名前有.的用户
当然并不是所有的sop都是owner
以是否拥有频道的原始密码为判断依据
(原始密码为创立频道时所提供给admin的一个sop原始密码与一个aop原始密码,在server重启后可用原始密码进入channel后,修改channel的sop与aop密码)
其次是channel的aop,通常在nickname前显示有@符号
再者就是channel中的vop,在nickname前显示有+符号

sop与aop拥有修改频道属性与kick或ban用户的权限,两者区别在于,被sop禁止入channel的IP或ID,无法由aop解ban
vop一般不具有以上权限,不过可以在channel被设置为moderate时,仍可将信息送入channel大窗

大致就是以上这么几个等级
明天说一下channel中的一些属性设置
帮助大家慢慢了解irc

建议提供Fserver的给Voice；这个版的斑竹给Op……

我加了AutoVoice，可以自动侦查开了Server的……

版主给予aop密码(包括channel的aop原始密码)
提供fserver的给予修改后的密码
密码不定期进行更换

I think should not keep too many op, voice can be given to those fserver,coz sysreset and polaris can set op and voice priority, so it is the same for op and voice ^^.
now channel only has few fserve, so it is ok to give fserver op la, but in the future, should change the rules again

see some channels said " voice trigger need " I am kinda lost

I want to open fserv.... but only US can download from me.... all china or taiwan cannot get from me..... used any methods....

well... the thing is that.....
there is no direct cable link between us and china....
infact.. there is not many direct links to china...
except from the countries nearby it (i think)
thus... when u send a file to china...
it will have to go through many routers...
thus can be slow.. depending on where the data needs to pass through....
this is normally the case for ftp...
or... maybe it's just that the link to china..... is based on a single or poor cable line... thus... speed is very limited.....
or.... maybe China is just not being nice and have restrictions on the speed between itself and external countries?
frankly... i just dont know.....
but if u try HTTP send or get...
the speed should be ok... :P

sometimes, it's just your isp that is limiting the speed between you and countries far away......

是不是說有關傳輸的問題啊，都好像再說傳輸檔案在u.s裡可以跑到很快，傳到china就很slow，那一篇長的好像是在說是網路代理商的問題還是國家的限制，之後就再說解決方法了開ftp....等好像是這樣，我還沒用過irc好像還不錯，有空用用看吧。

+ = voice 就是贵宾，在房间采用+M的禁言模式的时候也有发言权
@ = op 就是现任管理员 AOP是指通过服务器自动给用户加OP权限的管理员
. = sop SOP高于AOP 是SUPER OP 就是可以修改权限列表的管理员。
同时可以用通过服务器的方式授予普通用户OP权限。至少我以前上过的服务器是这样的。
