I wonder why u use stand "out" instead of stand "up"

就我看起来，两个都差不多，所以就只是copy and paste……
现在比较倾向于stand up to...

So called "cross-cultural communication" refers to interaction among people of different cultures. This seemly easy concept is actually complicated in practice.
