用漫游从加拿大发回中国好像三块多rmb，我发了好多条才知道，结果那个月的电话费两千多块。。。

of course it is possible to send short message from abroad, what a time it is now!?
speaking of the SMS language, as long as your mobile has chinese input support(4 instance, mobiles bought in china), short msg writen in chinese can be sent as well, nothing to do with mobile service providers.
really hv no idea why u guys waste time discussing such things.
