there is a P2P software called KaZaA which i am using now, or
Morpheusp which my roommate is using; any websites that contain downloading of legally protected material are easily removed, so there won't be many of them.

Or you can use WinMX, the thing is... it's rather slow depending on the time period. :)

Still, it's not bad comparing to mIRC.

Some individuals distributors also host their own pages... you just have to surf around for them.
