XviD-22032003-1:
- Fresh CVS checkout.
- Added syskin's experimental bframe optimizations.
- BFrames threshold still doesn't accept negative values.

All other restrictions still apply:
- VHQ doesn't work with GMC (and vice versa )
- VHQ is slow, as is lumi masking (refdivx code, increasing filesize a bit for 1pass encodings, but works well with 2pass encoding quality-wise)
- this build uses simple idct (necessary for proper qpel encoding)
- ICL7 optimized.
- other things i forgot already.

I hope you enjoy this build as much as I do!

速度是没有提高，只是I/P/B的分布上有了新的决策，为了保证BF的质量，1st pass max size会稍微大了点
