[求助]怎样把SUB字幕的位置向上调一些？

IDX/SUB的字幕文件
偶想把字幕调倒画面处，在压制RMVB的过程中去黑边：P
应该怎样在IDX中修改呢（偶不知是不是在这里修改）？偶对那些代码一窍不通^_^
