Because this is encode with ac3, and a lot of players can't play ac3 sometimes.
You can try to install "Power DivX Next Gen Player". This one is very good for ac3 and other .avi files.

That 3 small files are for subtitle (字幕). This is in Japanese, I can't understand too.
