也不尽然哦。CIA一直就设立专门的读报机构，通篇阅读这类报纸，然后逐字逐句地进行分析。透过语气，人物排列的前后等等推测内幕的变化和情况。实际上当初冷战时代，这类技术已经是很成熟了。
