DHL的服务，FT...

前些日子从博客来订了两本书，刚才收到送货通知，先小小FT一下，原来负责送货的是DHL，并不是Policy里说的挂号邮递。难怪运费那么高，这么昂贵的国际邮包快递全由顾客负担，连折扣都没有。TT
再把包裹号码输入DHL的Tracking系统查询了一下，更是FT。原来包裹其实在下订单的当日已经寄出了，但是是先送到布鲁塞尔，然后又运到了瑞士！！！现在实际上是从瑞士发货。真搞不懂DHL这是什么结构，明明荷兰就在比利时旁边，就不能从比直接发货还一定要绕到瑞士那边去么？平白增添费用。>___<

这是偶第２次和DHL打交道，第一次是两年前修理电脑，要收一个维修中心送来的专用包装箱。经历如下：

偶：这是偶的包裹号码，请问何时送到？
DHL答曰：明日１２点前必送至府上，请问在家与否？
偶：偶当留守家中，恭候包裹。
翌日清晨早起，战战兢兢不敢出门，时刻注意门铃及窗外的各种响动。然１２点已过，无果。
于是去电再次询问，
答曰：交通拥挤，下午必至。
于是只好耐心等候，差１０分钟六点，眼看客服部即将下班，却仍未有任何动静。
某气急败坏，再次去电。
答曰：司机今日过于繁忙，偶们即将下班，明日早上必至。
无奈，只得再候半日。
第三日临近正午，突然接到送货司机电话：“请问阁下住址，偶徘徊良久不可得也。”
偶狂晕！
那天下午，偶终于收到了这个来之不易的盒子……　=__=

如此，称之为“速递”也......

PS. 明天考Logistics...有感而发，不吐不快..... 飘走.....- -//

哈，我以前也寄过一次书，不过是直接当平信寄的，10天也就到了。

Well, if the company that you sent your "money request" to is small, then you shouldn't give any hope of getting anything back. I had a similar experience with Sprint, except that the rebate amount was in the 3 digits so I after 3 months of wait (they previously had told me 8-12 weeks, which is about right), a check arrived at my door.

My amount is 3 digits either, but .............
I brought a H.D.D in futureShop (kind similar to BestBuy in USA), my 100 rebate.....Ohhhh~~~
