[求助] problem with Ftp DL @ sch network

dear all,
I am stuying aboard for the year. so my internet access relies on the univeristy network.but then, the network forbidden any programme to be installed ! So I can't access the ftp by the method you rpovided .
In this case, how am i supossed to DL songs ?_?

why don't you use your own computer to access the network. even to buy new one is not that expensive in germany, is it?
