After one resatring(coz i installed some new software),i found that my language bar disappeared~who can tell me why and how to resolve it!:(

start -----"control panel"-----"Date, time, language, and regional option"----- "add other languages"-----"language"
at this time, you should see
"text services and input languages", click details and add the languages you are likely to use
"supplemental language supports"
choose "install file from eastern asian languages"(if it is necessary)
based on windows xp

but my"Date, time, language, and regional option/language/supplemental language supports/install file from eastern asian languages" is disable,i can't config even click it~
so is my "text services and input languages/preferences/language bar"
