file 是 MPC format,不是 MP3.

Download the latest plugin for winamp from http://www.saunalahti.fi/~cse/mpc/winamp/

Extract it to the Winamp\plugins folder. Then load Winamp and press ALT-O.
Go to "Input" -> ".mpc Musepack plugin" -> "configure".

Set ReplayGain mode to "ReplayGain album based" (or title based), "ClipProtect off".
Set Headroom to "K-14" and enable dithering.
