This is XviD 1.0.2 bugfix release.

This release fixes very minor bugs. It is source and binary compatible with the previous version.

Changes since 1.0.1:

xvidcore
Fixed non compliant bvop decoding (was using rounding=0 instead of rounding=1)
Added better mv bound clipping for broken streams.
Better behavior with content claiming not containing bvops but eventually having bvops.
Force fincr and fbase to be < 16bit.
Fixed thread safety problem in C language iDCT implementation.

Debian dir
Added again to release files as it seems debian will not include xvidcore in its pool.

这个版本修正了一些细微的缺陷。这是很以前版本相容的源码（？）

Changes since 1.0.1:
xvidcore
修正非顺畅（？）的B-VOP解码 （用舍入=1，代替0）
添加更好的针对有损坏媒体流 MOVIE（MV？）的边界剪切（？）
宣告不包含VOP的 “Better behavior”（？），最终还是包含了B-VOP.....
强制性限制“fincr”和“fbase” <16bit。
修复用C语言实现IVCT思路的安全性问题

对于解码器的bugfix, 修正了一些特殊情况下解码器会出现的问题........

Force fincr and fbase to be < 16bit.
不知道是什么...........

程序上的修正, 修正了C语言下的idct的线程安全问题.........

(修整了?)vfw界面的内存溢出问题..........

不是内存溢出，是内存泄漏。部分内存在使用完毕以后没有得到释放。
