I HAVE A AVI 320*240 VIDEO FILE, AND I WANNA CHANGE IT TO 800*600.

if you don`t mind the low quality,you can try realproducer 9.0.
for example,the command is,
producer -i **.avi -rs 800*600 -rq high
then u should be patient to wait a long time.
