[求助]有人写过master thesis吗? 求建议..~T-T

没想到选题目和导师这么麻烦啊

给的coach的list上写的导师的interests都好general...虽然有一次info session但是那天来的看上去都好令人失望....
偶比较有兴趣的是ergonomics managment, 那个教授很厉害的说, 曾经是我们学院的vice dean, 不过好像是我们学校差点破产那年...

去年他的一个master学生还在巴黎的一个学术会议上present她的论文.

偶觉得以偶现在的水平选这个老师的话写起来恐怕会很吃力, (偶英语差荷兰语刚脱盲..= =")
再加上听说搞那类研究的老师都很bt..万一他老不满意偶就别想毕业了. >.< (当然他也不一定会接受偶的申请就是了...)
可是其它的topic偶又兴趣缺缺....烦啊~~~~

写过论文的同学都是根据什么criteria来选导师和题目的啊?

在這時候做engineer最幸福...
grad school 畢業時只要take個comprehensive exam就可以了...
寫不寫thesis 完全是optional..

Choosing professor is based on his/her funding and his character (including reputation). For topic it's mostly determined by your undergraduate concentration and your interest.

这才是问题的所在...
有reputation的教授的课题偶没兴趣...
好不容易有一个那位教授的rp又值得怀疑...
剩下的就是没有reputation而课题也一般般那样的...不过恐怕是比较容易混过去就是了...
不知道该以哪条为首要选择标准 @@"

我现在就是M.eng，但我还想转为M.Sc呢。。hoho

很多考虑因素：
本科的方向、将来的前景（结合自己的计划--留在国外工作还是回国）、导师的funding、自己的兴趣/特长。。
还有就是尽量避免中国、印度的导师

If your career goal is more towards research then having a M.Sc is very important. Otherwise a M.Eng + MBA will be a very good deal.
