According to Mark Greany, who is the vocal of this band, JJ72 is named after Janis Joplin's weight in lbs.
What I like most about this band are the vocal's versatile voice and the delicate lyrics.

regarding to your last concern, as i'd said, i didn;t think that would be true.
European style IS quite different from that of N.A.^^maybe i will spend more time listening to european musics. Oh forgot to mention, i really like the way how they perform the falsetto part^^~
