遇到用了南极星都无法转换为可看的日文乱码怎么办？

不用Appolocation，我用的是98，难道只有用日版的Windows才行，日版的98下不到啊~~~~~

my problem is that i use win2k, changed my locale to japanese but still can't view MOST japanese..
i can see this.. it's from dfy.
but somehow i can't see the japanese on the new ftp
i *remember* i had almost no trouble with the japanese encoding on dfy.. but on the new ftp, i can't read anything at all.. not sure if that's the problem.. kinda weird though.
and i also tried kingcode.. took me a few hours to find 0_o
kindcode didn't work for me but if you want it, i've uploaded it here

不是新服上的文件，新服上的文件只要安装IE自带的日文字体就好了。

先搜一下系统中还能不能找到Mcs32.dll文件，如果搜不到就从别人那拷过。
如果搜到了，就打开运行对话框，先输入：
regsvr32 路径\mcs32.dll /u
确定掉对话框后，再输入：
regsvr32 路径\mcs32.dll
看看有没有用。
如果你需要转换的文件不是很多的话，比如你只想知道某个文件的正确名字，你可以用南极星里自带的“南极星通用内码转换器”，这是个非常有用的工具，我经常用它。
如果你需要识别整个ftp的文件名，而上面提到的那些工具你又不能用的话，可以试试“Dr.Eye 译典通”，这个是可以转换文件名的，我进乱码ftp时就是用它。

汗。。。有个超级简单的方法。。。什么都不用装。。。
文件名复制——保存文本文档——打开方式——因特网——查看编码——日文（自动选择）
就可以了。。。这样很简单的。。。而且也不用安装那些翻译了。。。

这个方法确实最简单，我用textpro改字体为日文字体也可以，不过ie打开最好，可以复制为gbk下的文字，方便。
