Please help me!!! i can't download the relases from ftp sites

Hi, i already try to download the ftp links but i can't because the ftp client when connects ask me the username and password.

Example: ftp://61.172.246.20:2000/FREEWIND/dvdrip/AIR/[POPGO][FREEWIND][AIR][DVDRIP][XVID_MP3][03].avi
