It is so hot lately that I can't work up the energy to cook.

What do people eat in extremly hot weather and they live alone?

cool chinese noodle mixed with yummy fired egg with tomato,shrimp,

green onion,some pork or chicken white meat, server with iced

watermelon or beer.

actually it's not that hot in my area...
cook soup lah. put every thing in a pot...

麻汁凉面，北方人应该不会不知道这个。或者将菜豆茄子等蒸熟后用蒜泥和芝麻酱凉拌~
