估计是h264编码，FMP的编码是XVID，所以能顺利播放。楼主用的是什么播放器？

有声音是因为你有装这种音频格式的解码器，看不到视频是因为没有装这种视频格式的解码器（好像很废话）
我想，是缺少ffdshow这个东西才看不了的

Install ffdshow-20050703, then run Start Menu -> Programs -> ffdshow -> Video decoder configuration.
In "Codecs" tab, set H.264 item to "libavcodec" and DO NOT use "Postprocessing" in "Image settings" tree.

咦？怎么移到FW这里来了？FW的最终兵器彼女的视频是Xvid的，不是h264，字幕组的才是

这类问题，应该换播放器嘛，这个时候电脑里少不了MPC的，简单又好用
