[求助]跟新版本的em0.46c出现问题

下载速度变得非常慢，上传才15k，下载也就15k，不明白为什么
更奇怪的是我明明是highid，可是em测试端口提示如下
Starting TCP connection test...
TCP connection test failed because eMule rejected the connection.
It is possible that your IPFilter includes the IP of this server, making a connectiontest impossible.
可是命名现在就有lowid在我这里下载

可以无视那个测试的，端口被占用有时候也现实为端口不可用，反正是HID就好

重装emule或换个版本试试，
（难不成是ISP搞鬼？）
