[请教]用MEGUI转换MPG的文件出来的文件码率不符？

用MEGUI转MPG的MV，用XVID二次编码 1024K
为什么转出来的非常模糊，看视频信息，视频流只有4、5百K？
转了好几次都是不一样的。。。
