[转贴]发电邮真得小心啊/GS开始落井下石了？

证交会公布了更多高管间的电邮，包括CEO发出的，
而GS居然跟随SEC，主动发布了更多某法国替罪羊发出的电邮。
“I’ve managed to sell a few abacus bonds to widows and orphans that I ran into at the airport, apparently these Belgians adore” the complex investments, Tourre wrote.
The e-mails are in a mixture of French and English, and are to a woman with whom Tourre appeared to be romantically involved. Goldman provided translations.
“我设法卖了些算盘债券给在机场遇上的寡妇和孤儿，显然这些比利时人很中意复杂的投资”
电邮混合了法文和英文，收件人是个和Tourre有暧昧关系的女性。GS社提供了翻译。

很难想象这些电邮是从收件人处得到的。。。
那个，从技术上说，有可能不通过当事人的个人电脑获得电邮内容吗？
yahoo这种免费服务说不定还可以试试威胁运营商，但这些人应该都是用的公司内部的服务器啊。

公司的服务器显然会保存很长时间的邮件存档，据说美国有些大公司要保存30年。而政府则是永久保存的。
Yahoo这种公司是会应政府要求交出电邮的，比如它应中国政府要求交出了一位姓师的记者的电邮，导致这位记者被判刑。
电邮、短信都是不安全的，要想安全，还是应该自己架设电邮服务器，并且加密所有内容。

我看了标题吓一跳。公司邮件是需要长期保存的，当年西门子不是这样么？
