面试这东西其实往往都是看面试官心情决定的，也就是说看人下菜碟了。

一般这样的问题怎么回答都行，比较标准的既然提到了tearms了，肯定以合作和配合最重要了，只有每个人都做好合适他的工作，整个tearm才能前进，这些才是领导最想看到的
