Crystal Mall (Metrotown) is pretty good... I think they have a decent collection of anime DVDs.

My friends told me , there is a shop selling fake CDs in "Parker Plaze"!(near HK Bank) They said, they found Orange-road, Gundom,.....,in there. Also the shop sells movies and songs, too!

Yep, that one too. But it's mainly bootlegs... :) Not sure if they have DVDs.
The one in Crystal Mall, they do have Hong Kong DVDs.
