with same bitrate , Ogg has higher quality than mp3 format

I want to use VirtualDub or NanDub to encode audio part in Ogg format. What software or codec should I install so that VirtualDub and NanDub support Ogg audio encoding

ogg我没用过，不过好象不能在VD、ND里使用-_-|||
要用专门的软件处理它
