发现MainConcept MPEG Encoder的安装目录下有VCD的标准设置vcdpal.mef.试着用文本文档打开,如果可以将其中的码率类型改为可变码率就可以自己调整转换的码率,达到用最快的速度获得最佳的转换质量.可是偶试了若干遍,就是不懂那些英文东东.请高手赐教啊.以下要更改哪些内容才能调整VCD的码率.如图:
