libavcodec是个视频&音频的codec library，支持解码很多视,音频格式也能编码部分,是ffmpeg project的一部分.比如windows下的ffdshow和linux下的mplayer都用的是它>.<
好像现在libavcodec能独立编码h264的格式了.....
