my PC config is
PIII 1.2Ghz
1GB RAM
Matrox G400Max dual head

Helix producer plus 9.0.1

When I open a divx/xvid avi file, the helix producer will cause an error

Do you have install VOBSUB？Maybe you can try to uninstall it before running Helix producer plus 9.0.1.Because they will clash in some system.

Must make sure the core of the avi file is divx/div3
If not, change it with Avic, it's a tool of Xvid.
