Can anyone help to solve this problem? I have a file with .avi format. When I use media player 9 in Win 2K to play this file, it only has sound but no image. Also, it has downloaded decorder before the player try to open. However, it fails to download. Moreover, I have download the new version of DivX player and DivX codec. However, it can't play. What should I do? What kinds of software should I use to play this file? Thanks for help!!:confused:
