Translation notes and style
Although scene descriptions are provided, it is not nearly the same as seeing it for yourself. If you enjoy the series, I would strongly recommend buying the tankoubon (collected version, each about 180 pages or 10 chapters long, costing 410 yen) when they become available (typically 3-4 months after the weekly Shonen Sunday release), and the first 21 volumes are now on sale.

[COMMENTS] Here Kohaku simply says "hai" which is much more flexible than a simple "yes" which is the closest English equivalent. In this case it's intended meaning would be more like "acknowledged" or "affirmative" but that sounds rather strange.
