California's economy-currently mired in a $US38 billion deficit-represents 10 per cent of America'seconomy as a whole and is the biggest in the world after the US,Japan,Germany and Britain
I think it still takes a lon gtime for recovery
But Arnold's victory had surely proven that allegatins of sexual harassment lauched by 16 woman [oh my god 16] had done little harm to his standing

The economic situation is not really that bad comparing to other countries..(in my own opinion only)
Nowadays, every country has her own problem especially on economy, as everyone knows ,the global economy is declining...
