PalchanAhh, yeah, Annie has confusing concepts of bish and kawaii, I always thought of it this way:
Kawaii = Cute
Bish = Sexy
Interesting to note this bish also can imply feminine... XD ^_~ In fact there's this one bloke in X TV (crap series, don't watch it) who looks extremely bish... yet extremely feminine (Kakyo(牙晓) I think his name is).
Of course, there are exceptions to the 'looks feminine' rule for bishies...

Of course, whether these two conditions can be upheld at the same time... I hold a degree of doubt for. As it seems women (probably more applicable to chou-chou-otaku-fangirls though) seem to have such outlandish concepts of beauty, I try to think of it in terms of shoujo... Of course what I find as cute and what I find as sexy in that regard rarely match up.
From what I'd imagine:
Ayami-chan + Suzume-chan (Kenshin)(好像是剑心中的两个萝莉), Hello Kitty, anyone from Kanon all etc. = kawaii
Ms. Deep (ROD), Kitsune(绀野) (Love Hina), Seras Victoria (Hellsing) ummm.... Well, I would list some characters from H but I don't think they'd be all that 'popular' here etc. = bish (oujo)
Hmmm... merges of the two... Actually, I imagine characters such as Mahoro(Mahoromatic) or IIna (Kokoro Library) would fit into that realm....
