Memorable food and eating places I encountered in Orlando:
Cafe Tu Tu Tango
http://www.cafetututango.com Culinary pleasure par excellence. I tried the
Caribbean Clam Chowder for the first time theremarvelous, and the carrots in it tasted like potato so I actually ate them for once. Mushrooms sautéed in sherry was also a delight. And their chicken is nothing less than divinetender, juicy, and aromatic.
Barcelona Stir Fry features sausage (delicious), chicken, shrimp, calamari and peppers of all colors.
Speaking of sausage, I had the best sausage in my entire life so far at Disney's Epcot (
Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. or
Every Payday Comes On Thursday)'s Germany Village,
Oktoberfest http://www.intercot.com/epcot/worldshowcase/germany/default.asphttp://www.wdwig.com/menu/men_ger.htm Both Epcot and Universal Studios also featured
funnel cakes, something sent straight from heaven (or the Amish people).

http://www.bostonlobsterfeast.com/The buffet was damn expensive. I had but one piece of their to-die-for sushi before it ran out. The lobsters were nothing to boast about, but they had snow crab legs and good New England Clam Chowder, so I was happy enough. My BF fell in love with their
mahi mahi fish.
Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon
http://www.lonestarsteakhouse.comIt was right next to the Holiday Inn SunSpree hotel that I stayed at and it served the damn best steak I've had my entire life,
San Antonio Sirloin. Cooked medium, it was extremely juicy, tender but firm, and just the right texture. And it wasn't even all that expensive (for 14 ounces of first-rate steak, anyway).
Auntie Anne’s
http://www.auntieannes.com/And finally, it was
such a delight when I found out that yes, Orlando
does have
Auntie Anne's pretzel. These are pure heaven. Available in the mall near Disney.
