无论是由于何种方式或者由于自动升级造成的关税,都无法再享受refund待遇。
不过这似乎是针对11月之后的订单,11月之前的预定是否会受到影响(比如说,年底即将发售的MS Gundam DVD-BOX……)尚不得而知。

Unfortutately, we are unable to issue a refund this time. I have
issued a refund for your previous order(#XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX) dated on Nov 2nd and I also informed you regarding the shipping preferences
could be upgraded as dated Oct 31st.
Your order(#XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX) was placed on Nov 17th which was
after the notice and the explanations had been sent to you.
In either shipping preferences; Economy or Express, you may be
subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a
shipment reaches your country because you are importing products.
Although it has never happened to you in the past, additional
charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no
control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
