to apologize for the problem you experienced with your shipment.
We accept the return/replacement of defective or damaged items.
Please visit our online Returns Center to read our full policy
and to obtain a printable return label. If you'd like to return
the damaged items, please refer to the following notice and
instruction regarding returns.

Some items cannot be returned even if it is less than 30 days
since the shipment was delivered.

1. Go to our online Returns Center

http://www.amazon.co.jp/returns). To see the information of our
online Returns Center in English, change language preference from
Japanese to English on Your Account.
2. Let us know if the item you received was one you order or if
it was a gift by clicking the appropriate radio button. Then,
click "Continue".
3. Sign in with your e-mail address and password.
4. Your recently shipped orders will be displayed on the next
page. Click "Start creating your label" next to the relevant
order.
5. Choose the return/replacement reason and tell us how many of
each item you want to return/replace. If you received items you
did not order, click "Return them here" in "Items not listed on
your packing slip".
6. Choose replacements and provide a description of the defect or
damage and click "Continue".
7. After clicking the shipping method, click "Continue" to
proceed.
8. The next page will display the return instructions and,
depending on the return/replacement reason you choose, a bar code
may also be displayed. If so, print the page. After checking the
return instructions or printing the page, click "Continue" to
complete the return procedure.
When returning your order, please use the box and packing
material that came with your items, if possible. If that is not
possible, please use other means to pack the box securely and
ensure items are protected during shipping. If returning an
oversized item, please make sure to use the original packing
material. We cannot accept the return of oversized items without
the original packing material.
Please include the following additional items along with the
products you are returning:
1. The entire set or promotional items: If the item was part of a
set, please return the entire set. If any promotional items were
included with your shipment, please return those as well.
2. Packing slip with reason for the return: If you lost the
packing slip or want to keep it as a receipt, please make a
photocopy or write your order number and the return reason on a
piece of paper and include it in the package.
3. Bar-code from our online Returns Center: If you are not able
to print the bar-code, you don't neet do put it into the package.
Please send this order to the following the address by the most
economical shipping method which includes insurance. As for
shipping costs, we'll make its full refund. If you do not receive
our e-mail about the refund of your returning fee in 30 days,
please contact us again with the cost you paid, the shipping
method, and the tracking number.
