Applied Mathematics & Mathematics有什么区别?.....

according to Chinese的特性.....偶算是good at math吧......经常被人问..."you're chinese, you're good at math,right?"......lol~~~

不过其实是因为英语烂的半死......其他的科目想好也好不了..............= =|||||||||


so....明年要去大学煎熬了.....但是major现在还是未知数............@@||||||

也听说math相关的major paper少.....偶数学老师就是因为不想写paper所以major math的~~~~~~~~lol~~~~

但是由于偶不想当数学老师啦.....所以读Mathematics的话....好像没什么前途..........= =||||||


那,,,how about Applied Mathematics?.....这两个有什么不同啊?...........

Applied Mathematics好像比Mathematics深一點,難學一點
因為Applied Mathematics好像比較專一點....不過如果對數有興趣的話~~應該沒問題~~我隔班的同學學得好,,,最高分是80多分.....

那属于应用数学吧~跟楼上说的一样，比普通数学要深。而且是把理论运用在不同的领域里。

大学不知道-_-..
高中的applied是浅一点的，academic是深一点的，enriched是更更深一点的...

8过跟大学的肯定两码事=w=

There are two main branches of mathematics in universities, one is theoretical math, the other is applied math. Theoretical math is harder because it is more abstract, has little practical use. Applied math deals with real-world application, such as modeling for science, engineering, finance and other fields.

"Applied Mathematics好像比Mathematics深一點,難學一點" is not a logical statement. You cannot compare a subset to a set.

偶剛好有個弟弟是數學系的 問了他一下二個的差別
純粹數學偏重理論 應用數學偏寫程式跟計算機概論

除非小n以後對學術研究有興趣 否則應數比純數會來的實用一些:):)


ps.小n想知道什麼可以儘量問 偶可以抓偶弟來回答問題:p:p

需要应用数学的公司不少，因为做的可以投入到实际应用而给公司带来效益。
而需要理论数学的公司几乎没有，因为那东西除了在学术界没有什么商业价值。从这方面考虑的话是这样的一个结果。

应用的比理论的还简单?......还是说应用的很灵活?.....偶以前也以为应用会更难一点的~~~~~~~ lol~~~~
