碰到香港的我还就是不说英语我不但说国语还加模糊音和方言词，爱听不听哪，装蒜说英语和广东话给本就没有人鸟。

it;s true. Compare to immigrants/students from mainland, hk immigrants have better foundation since they have more experience here(?). a considerable part of them have started to build their life in new countries, like manageing their own restaurants, stores..supermarkets..something like this.n we are one of the consumers!
but ! i dunno whether ppl see the other side. Both mandarin and cantonese are available in most cantonese stores(although u might be resentful to their assent). Cantonese do make changes due to the increasing volumn of Mandarin. If u've notice about this , u shouldn't have denied it.
apparently there is always conflict between ppl in northern and southern part of china,but i don;t see the point. therez no sense of fighting with ourself.
geography doesn't do much itself, it's the ppl there who make differences...anyways, if u want to be treated better, u hafta to be nicer first. if u don't make a move ,do not expect anything to go around for u.
p.s. i can't type chinese againT^T! i hate it!
