这东西中的一种叫内啡呔，作用跟吗啡差不多，另外还有几种，就如你所说是兴奋剂，据说炼气功能产生幻觉的原因之一就是气功功法的自我暗示作用能使大脑分泌这类物质。:D

就因为精神高度集中，才需要修炼者有坚强的意志，那些平时意志薄弱或是在生活中不得意想靠修炼来转移注意力的人，很容易在自我暗示中陷入幻境不能自拔——练出精神病。

这种“自已所爱的人被人夺走”的仇恨立足点要稳固，那被“夺走”的人必须真的是被夺走的，但巴显然不是，缘也知道巴的心意，他的所谓仇恨，我认为只是“不能接受姐姐的死”“姐姐爱上剑心才会死”“剑心插入了我和姐姐的世界”这样的自欺+嫉妒的混合物。
